According to the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, EGESTIA, SISTEMAS INTELIGENTES DE GESTIÓN ONLINE, SL, (hereinafter EGESTIA) with CIF B-18911958 informs to the User about the existence of an automated file of personal data referred to as "CLIENTS" stored in the R.G.P.D (General Register of Data Protection), created for the purpose of managing the relationship with clients. There is also another automated file referred to as "WEB POTENTIALS" stored in the R.G.P.D (General Register of Data Protection), created for the purpose of managing the relationship with potential customers and the response to their request and questions. Finally, there is an automated file of personal data referred to as "RESUMES" stored in the R.G.P.D (General Register of Data Protection), created for the purpose of managing the hiring activities that could take place at EGESTIA
Sending and record personal data
Sending personal data is required to connect and receive information on EGESTIA's products and services. Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy implicates the inability to subscribe, register or receive information on EGESTIA's products and services. According to the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that personal data obtained as a result of sending personal data will be included in a file owned by EGESTIA residing in BIC Building, Parque Tecnológico de Ciencias de la Salud, Avda de la Innovación N º 1, CP 18100 Armilla (Granada) - Spain, with all the security measures established by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 11 June implemented.
Accuracy and reliability of the information provided
The user who sends the information to EGESTIA is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data included, exonerating to EGESTIA of any responsibility about it. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, about the accuracy, validity and authenticity of personal data provided, and undertake to keep them up. You agree to provide complete and accurate information in the registration or subscription form. EGESTIA is not responsible for the accuracy of the information not generated by itself neither when is indicated another source, so neither assumes any liability whatsoever for possible damages that might arise from the use of such information. EGESTIA is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by EGESTIA whenever it cames from sources outside to EGESTIA.
The purposes of collecting data are: the development of activities and provide information on EGESTIA's products.
The transfer of data to third
EGESTIA does not make transfer of any user personal data to third parties. However, in the case it would be transferred to any company, the consent of the affected would be requested previously.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
You can manage your communications and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by mail: addressed to EGESTIA, BIC Building, Health Sciences Technology Park, Avda de la Innovación N º 1, CP 18100 Armilla (Granada). To exercise these rights and in pursuance of the Instruction 1 / 1998 of 19 January, from the Spanish Agency of Data Protection, you must prove your identity to EGESTIA by sending a photocopy of National Identity Card or any otherwise valid in law.
Computer security measures
EGESTIA has adopted the security levels of protection for personal data legally required and listed in RD 1720/2007 of Security Measures. However, we have other additional means, such as next-generation firewalls, apart from technical measures such as encryption software for confidential information and control access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords which expire as required by LOPD, and other systems designed to prevent misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal details provided by EGESTIA. EGESTIA does not be liable for any damage or harm that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system caused by reasons beyond EGESTIA; of delays or blockages in the useof this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloading of the DPC (Data Processing Center), the Internet system or other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused to others by means of illegitimate intromission beyond the control of EGESTIA.
Acceptance and Consent
The user declares having been informed of conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing thereof by EGESTIA in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Policy for the Protection of Personal Data.
